Both the X and Z axes are powered by AC servo motors, delivering formidable feed rates, and precise acceleration and deceleration control. The use of an absolute coordinate encoder eliminates the need for limited switches, preventing potential damage. This also saves valuable time by removing the necessity for zero-point returns when the machine is powered on.
