Product Description
HT: Front and rear, up and down two-axis feeding adopts Japan Mitsubishi PLC control system and AC servo motor control, with automatic grinding wheel dressing and batch workpiece automatic grinding function.
High rigidity casting body
The casting body is calculated by engineering simulation analysis (Cosmos), and the column and machine head are designed with double-layers, with high bending and torsion rigidity.
Stable and precise three-axis guideway
The left and right axes adopt double V-type sliding guideways, driven by proportional valve hydraulic system, and the front and rear axes and the upper and lower axes adopt C3 grade ball screws with SP grade high precision linear slideways and servo motors, and the amount of tool feed can reach 0.001.
Automatic lubrication system
Automatic lubrication device is adopted to provide better lubrication for all transmission screws and sliding surfaces. The lubrication system is equipped with a self-detecting function, and when the liquid level in the oil tank drops to the set position, the liquid level switch will issue an alarm.
High rigidity precision spindle and motor
Each spindle of our company is completely developed and produced by our own factory in Jiande, Taiwan. From the raw material of the outer tube to the assembly (except for imported bearings), it is assembled in the temperature-controlled and dust-free workshop without any outsourcing. Because of such strict production conditions, the spindles are affected by little temperature change, low noise and no vibration, which can provide many years of service without any problems. This machine also adopts flange spindle design, with CP4 grade precision angled ball bearings, V3 grade low vibration motor and dynamic balancing, mounted on the headstock, to ensure that the spindle deflection is far less than 0.002mm.
Automatic grinding wheel dressing compensation function
The dresser is placed on top of the table, and the servo motor is used for dressing feed, and the feed amount can be programmed or fed by MPG.
Intelligent operation design
Mitsubishi PLC system, through a simple touch screen to set the grinding variables, can be used for batch workpiece cycle processing mode, the basic processing modes are general flat grinding, groove grinding, wide groove grinding and high-efficiency grinding.
Half-covered splash-proof box design
The machine is equipped with a half-covered splash-proof box, which can effectively block the splashing of grinding water and iron chips to the rear of the machine, not only to maintain the cleanliness of the machine, but also to avoid the spraying of abrasive liquid into the slide rail of the machine, to ensure the machine's life and precision.
