Highly Rigid Casting Body

Fully-Supported Table Hard-Rail Structure

Driven by a hydraulic cylinder, our table boasts an independent hydraulic system design with adjustable speeds of 5-25m/min and low vibration characteristics. This makes it ideal for diverse processing tasks, utilizing premium Japanese oil seals for smooth sliding and extended service life.

High Precision Flange Spindle
Our specialized spindles, crafted in our Jiande, Taiwan factory, undergo rigorous in-house production from raw materials to assembly (excluding imported bearings). The result is minimal temperature fluctuation impact, reduced noise, and vibration-free operation. These features, along with the flange spindle design, CP4 grade precision angled ball bearings, V3 grade low vibration motors, and dynamic balancing, ensure spindle deflection is significantly under 0.002mm, promising years of reliable service.

A utomatic Lubrication System
Our system employs a circulating center lubrication device, enhancing lubrication of all transmission screws and sliding surfaces, while recycling and filtering waste oil for eco-friendly and cost-effective lubrication.
