Installation Instructions

The major pars such as machine body, work table, are all high grade casting piece. Optimization design(FEA) is the key to improve the machine precision and rigidity. All new designed machine structure make it with great excellent working performance.
 

 

The work table make longitudinal movement along front slide way of machine body, V-F slide way is adopt and coated with TF wearable material belt, be precision scraped by manual. The motion is drove by Ac servo motor and ball screw and can realize various kinds of feed mode: travel set, manual

feed, rapid feed and auto. Feed.
 

The work table consist of upper table and nether table, the upper table can make clockwise or anticlockwise rotation for grinding taper surface.

 

The work head and tail stock are located on the table, for clamping and rotating workpiece.
