AHD : All axes-front/back, left/right, and up/down-are automatically operated. The up/down feed can be preset with specific feed volumes and times, and the machine halts automatically upon job completion.

Highly Rigid Casting Body
Engineered through advanced simulation analysis (Cosmos), the casting body ensures superior performance. Both the column and
headstock feature a double-layer design, providing exceptional bending and torsion rigidity.

Fully-Supported Table Hard-Rail Structure
The table's fully-supported hard-rail structure, combined with Turcite-B and manual scraping, minimizes damping coefficient, ensuring smooth table operation and high grinding precision even under load.

Independent Hydraulic System
Driven by a hydraulic cylinder with an independent system design, the table offers adjustable speeds of 5-25m/min and low vibration, suitable for diverse processing needs. High-quality Japanese oil seals ensure smooth sliding and extended service life.

High Precision Flange Spindle
Developed and produced in-house, our spindles embody strict manufacturing standards from raw material selection to assembly in our temperature-controlled, dust-free workshops. With minimal temperature fluctuation, low noise, and no vibration, our spindles guarantee long-lasting performance. The flange spindle design incorporates CP4 grade precision angled ball bearings, V3 grade low vibration motors, and dynamic balancing, ensuring spindle deflection is under 0.002mm.

A utomatic Lubrication System
Equipped with a circulating center lubrication device, this system ensures optimal lubrication of all transmission screws and sliding surfaces while recycling and filtering waste oil for eco-friendly and cost-effective operation. The self-checking function and level switch alarm safeguard against low oil levels.
