AHD: Front/back, left/right and up/down axes are automatically operated, up/down feed can be preset with feed volume and feed times, and the machine stops automatically when the work is finished.

Highly rigid casting body
The casting body is calculated by engineering simulation analysis (Cosmos), and the column and headstock adopt double-layer design, with high bending and torsion rigidity.

Fully-supported table hard-rail structure
The table adopts fully-supported hard-rail structure with Turcite-B and manual scraping to ensure that the table is loaded and the damping coefficient is minimized to ensure the smooth operation of the table and the precision of the grinding.

Independent hydraulic system
The table is driven by hydraulic cylinder, with independent hydraulic system design, the table has 5-25m/min adjustable speed and low vibration characteristics, suitable for a variety of purposes of processing, the use of high-quality oil seals made in Japan to ensure smooth sliding and service life.

High precision flange spindle
Each spindle of our company is developed and produced by our own factory in Jiande, Taiwan. From the raw material of the outer tube to the assembly (except for imported bearings), it is assembled in the temperature-controlled and dust-free workshop without any outsourcing, and it is precisely because of such strict production conditions that the spindles are affected by little temperature change, low noise and no vibration, and can provide many years of service without any problems. The machine also adopts flange spindle design, with CP4 grade precision angled ball bearings, V3 grade low vibration motors and dynamic balancing, mounted on the headstock, to ensure that the spindle deflection is far less than 0.002mm.

Automatic Lubrication System
Adopting circulating center lubrication device, on the one hand, all transmission screws and sliding surfaces are better lubricated, on the other hand, the waste oil is recovered and filtered for recirculation lubrication, which is not only environmentally friendly, but also saves unnecessary expenditure on lubrication oil. The lubrication system is equipped with a self-checking function, and the level switch will issue an alarm when the level of oil in the tank is reduced to the set position.

Electrical control system
Professionally designed electrical control system complies with CE safety requirements and adopts electrical components of international famous brands for reliable operation, low noise and low vibration, which reliably guarantees the needs of high-precision grinding.

Graphic Operator Panel
The operation panel box is of fixed design, the control is completely concentrated on the operation panel, which is ergonomic; the operation panel is of graphical design, the function is clear at a glance, and the operation is easy to learn.

Splash-proof wall panel (optional accessory)
Splash-proof wall plate can be installed at the rear of the machine, which can effectively block the splashing of grinding water and iron chips to the rear of the machine, not only to maintain the cleanliness of the machine, but also to avoid the spraying of abrasive into the slide rail of the machine, to ensure the longevity and precision of the machine.
