- High-Rigidity Precision Spindle and Motor
Our spindles are entirely developed in-house at our Jiande, Taiwan factory. Assembled in temperature-controlled, dust-free environments, we use only the highest quality materials and imported bearings. The flange spindle design coupled with CP4 grade precision angled ball bearings, V3 grade low-vibration motors, and dynamic balancing ensures spindle deflection stays below 0.002mm, offering long-term reliability and minimal temperature variations.
- Automatic Grinding Wheel Dressing Compensation Function
The dresser, strategically positioned on top of the table, utilizes a servo motor for dressing feed. This feed can be programmed for precision or manually controlled via MPG.

The user-friendly FANUC control system, accessed through a simple touch screen, allows for the setting of grinding variables. Perfect for batch processing, it supports various grinding modes including general flat grinding, groove grinding, wide groove grinding, and high-efficiency grinding.
