Highly rigid casting body
The main machine base, table, slide, column and head are all made of high-grade cast iron, which are analyzed and calculated by finite element to achieve the rigidity and quality of the engineering requirements. Each casting is processed by internal stress elimination, which ensures no deformation for a long period of time and has excellent bending and torsion stress resistance to ensure the machine tool's long-time grinding accuracy.
Fully-supported table hard-rail structure
The table adopts fully-supported hard-rail structure with Turcite-B and manual scraping to ensure that the damping coefficient of the table is minimized under load, which ensures the smooth operation of the table and the grinding accuracy.
High Precision Spindle
Each spindle is completely developed and produced by Taiwan Jiande factory, from the beginning of the raw material of the outer tube to the assembly (except for imported bearings), it is assembled in the temperature-controlled and dust-free workshop, never outsourced. Because of such strict production conditions, the spindle is affected by temperature changes, low noise and no vibration, and it is able to provide many years of service without any problems. This machine also adopts the design of straight spindle, with CP4 grade precision angled ball bearings, V3 grade low vibration motors and dynamic balancing, and then directly mounted on the headstock, which strengthens the strength of the head and ensures that the spindle's deflection is far less than 0.002mm.
Automatic lubrication system
